Donna Jane Lentocha Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donna Jane Lentocha of Muscatine, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 9, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry N. Duffield and Ruby O. Duffield (Atkins); her former spouse Ardell Ellsworth; her husband Charles Lentocha; and her siblings, Sophia McDonald, Lillian Proffitt, Velma Graham and Harry "Buzz" Duffield.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Ellsworth (Eileen) of Muscatine, Michael Ellsworth (Barbara) of Marseilles and Jane Seligman (Gary) of Muscatine; and her siblings, Lorinda Schmelzer of Muscatine and Myles Duffield of Clovis. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice in memory of Donna.
