She is survived by: her mother Marguerite Otto Leopold of Lamberton, Minnesota; her husband Kenneth Middle; her children, Chad Middle of Muscatine, Christina Middle of Madison and Melissa Busch (John) of Muscatine; her grandsons, John Busch Jr. and Henry Busch; her siblings, Carol Hillesheim (Vern) of Sanborn, Doug Leopold (Denese) of Springfield, Don (Beth) of Redwood Falls, Marilyn Dammann of Duluth, Gail Leopold of Redwood Falls, Tim Leopold (Linda) of Galesville and Michelle Hammill (Chad) of Willmar, Minnesota; her mother-in-law Katheron Middle of Rock Valley, Iowa; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Baker (Conrad) of Canton, Duane Middle (Lynn) of Rock Valley, Judy Ketcham (Greg) of Spirit Lake and Debra Middle of Sheldon, Iowa. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
