She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Lenhart and Lela Leone Lipsett Lenhart; her husband Farrell Faydean Collins; her son Scott Collins; her grandson Greg; her children-in-law, Dave and Cynthia; and her siblings, John and Donna.
She is survived by: her children, Deena Jo Christy of Letts, William Farrell Collins of Ogden, Ronald Dean Collins (Marie) of Letts, Gary Lee Collins (Robin) of Davenport and Steven Alan Collins of Letts; her grandchildren, Travis, Summer, Jennifer, Rachael and Kelli; and also, Rosana and Ebony. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
