He was predeceased by: his father Donald'Duke' Marx. He is survived by: his mother Martha McCracken Marx; his daughter Mercedes Marx; and his sisters, Christine Young (Charles) and Angela Zybarth (Daniel). He is also survived by his nephews and nieces.
