She is survived by: her mother Lorraine Mahoney (Moses); her husband F. Scott Bouchard; her children, Shannon Lewis (Charlie) and Thom Eaton (Clare); her stepchildren, Garrett Nimmick (Marlee), Amanda Brenson (Brandon) and Nick Bouchard; her grandchildren, Hayden, Wyatt Eaton, Chale and Elsie Lewis; her stepgrandchildren, Levi, Reid, Cruz and Nia Nimmick; her siblings, Sue Evans (Frank), Terri Schubich (Neil), Denny Mahoney (Lezlie), Kathy Danner (Ralph) and Cyndi Fahrlander (Mike); her mother Sandy Shadle; her father-in-law Donnie Shadle; and her siblings-in-law, Dean, Rich (Lisa), Mike (Lisa), Bill, Brian (Ellen), Carol and Brenda. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
