He was predeceased by: his parents, James Warren and Margaret Ann Fuller Fahy; and his sister Mary Esther Fahy. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Fahy of Muscatine; his daughter Melissa (Harley A.) of Muscatine; and his brother Jeffrey J. Fahy (Kathleen) of Muscatine. He is also survived by five nieces and three nephews; one great niece and three great nephews; and one great great niece.
