He is survived by: his wife Julie Smith; his children, Jeremy Smith, Libby Sparks and Jamie Broline (Nick); his grandchildren, Carina Smith, Kelsey Smith, Emily Sparks, Kylie Sparks, Bentley Broline and Bailey Broline; and his siblings, Connie Campbell (Bob), Jimmy Kresin, Scott Kresin (Kathy), Jay Kresin and Michelle Kresin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Living Lands and Waters or the Davenport Fire Department Honor Guard.
