He is survived by: his wife Barbara Slater of Muscatine; his children, Kelsey Cortez (Jason) of Muscatine, Gavin Curtis (Courtney) of Muscatine and Destiny Lewis of Muscatine; his grandchildren, Leah, Jocelyn, Hayden, Gaige, McKenzey, Kade and Vayda; his siblings, Diana Ingleby (Jeff) of Knoxville, TN, Douglas Bunn (Bobbie) of Muscatine and David Bunn (Ronda) of Florida; his parents-in-law, Paula Sobolik (Jim) of Nichols and Eugene Slater (Sandi) of Grandview; and his sisters-in-law, Amanda Crabtree (Dustin) of Nichols and Angie Brown of North Carolina. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
