It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Perry Holt of Muscatine, Iowa, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Holt and Ermina "Erm" Perry Holt; his children, Jessica Hall (Lucas) of Muscatine and Lee Holt of Muscatine; his grandchildren, Annah Holt of Camp Pendleton and San Diego of Muscatine; his children, Melissa Holt of Muscatine, Raenie Holt of Muscatine and Asher Holt of Muscatine; his brother Jon Holt; and also Craig Holt (Katherine).
Memorials may be directed to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in memory of Daniel to help fund research to benefit his son and granddaughter who are Type 1 diabetics.
