We are sad to announce that on February 29, 2024, at the age of 77, Carlos Manuel Medina Serrano of Muscatine, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Medina Rodriguez and Ramona Serrano. He is survived by: his wife Elena Plaza of Jacksonville, Florida; his daughters, Elizabeth Medina of Muscatine, Beatriz Medina of Jacksonville, Wanda Medina (Ramon) of Muscatine and Katherine Medina (Raul) of Muscatine; and his siblings, Alex Medina of Puerto Rico, Ramon Medina of Pennsylvania, Rosa Medina of New York, Francisco Medina of Puerto Rico and Olga Medina of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in memory of Carlos.
