He is survived by: his mother Fredricka Lanham Hoftender; his son Tyler Hoftender of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Mila and Micah; and his siblings, Karen O'Ferrell (Chris), Sharon Wilson, Amy Ward (Mike), Jay Hoftender, Tim Hoftender (Heather), Ann Patrick (Darren) and Alan Hoftender (Allison).
