He is survived by: his mother Bobbie Gasaway (Brown); his wife Jessica Eister of Muscatine; his children, Lane Gasaway of Muscatine, Phoenix Gasaway of Muscatine, Hunter Johnson of Muscatine and Cassie Johnson of Muscatine; his grandsons, Wayln and Nolan; and his brother Chad Dietz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
