She was predeceased by: her parents, Max D. Edwards and Marjorie J. Edwards (Wakeland); and her son Jay Sissel. She is survived by: her son Shane Sissel (Susan) of Williamsburg; her grandchildren, Navarre Sissel, Paris Young (Marshall), Kyrah Sissel and Tieryn Sissel; her brother Dennis Edwards (Pat) of Muscatine; her nephew Dennis, Jr. Edwards (Jennifer); and her niece Charity Edwards.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be directed to the Muscatine Humane Society in Bonnie's memory.
