She was predeceased by: her parents, James McCormick and Lillian McCormick (Larue); her husband Richard Kenneth Buser; her son Jamey Buser; her great grandchild Kindrey Lynn; and her brothers, Ronnie McCormick, James McCormick and Kenneth McCormick.

She is survived by: her son Richard Buser (Irene) of Conesville; her daughter-in-law Daphne Buser (Tom Nicola) of Conesville; her grandchildren, Tiffany Zuniga (Tony) of Lone Tree and Cody Buser (Callie Miller) of Iowa City; her great grandchildren, Wyatt Ackerman, Kolt Ackerman, Tony Zuniga, Bella Zuniga and Elsa Zuniga; and her siblings, Christine McCormick of Muscatine, Peggy Smith of Muscatine, Barry McCormick of Memphis, Timothy McCormick of Muscatine, Keith McCormick and Gayle McCormick of Indianola. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in memory of Bonnie.
