She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Black and Mary Black; her husband Kenneth Hoffmann; and her son James Hoffmann. She is survived by: her sister Phyllis Marks of LaPorte, Indiana; her children, Peggy White (Buddy) of Northlake and Sam Hoffmann (Jill) of Sheffield, Illinois.; and her stepchildren, Sally Bunn, Jeff Bright of Muscatine, Dave Bright of Tallahassee, Robin Heitman (Steve) of Marengo and Paul Bright (Suzanne) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wesley United Methodist Church.
