He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Roth and Gertrude Choate Roth; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Feldman and John Feldman. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Toussaint Roth; his children, Susan Willis (Jerry) of Kalamazoo, Constance Cunningham (Michael) of Morton Grove and Randy Roth of Muscatine; his grandson Tyler Willis (Jing Ouyang) of Brooklyn; his brother Dennis Roth (Beth) of Hollywood, Maryland; his close friends, Tom Hendricks and Ed Rocca; and his niece Laurie (Rick Carpenter). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the family for Faith United Church of Christ, First Presbyterian Church, or Research ALS.
