With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Steve Potter of Murray, Iowa, born in Weldon, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 2, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leland Milo and Alice Lorene Potter (Munyon); his daughters, Deanne Rowland (Scott) of Grimes, IA and Karen Jones (Doug) of Afton, IA; his grandchildren, Bryce (Kate), Tanner, Grace Rowland and Trevor Jones; his siblings, Patricia Ellis (Robert) and Richard Potter (Beth); and his siblings-in-law, Colletta Kosiba (Joe), Richard Hansen (Marcia), LeRoy Hansen (Terry) and Denise Salwei (Charlie). He was also cherished by numerous relatives and many friends.
