He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Byron Loy and Dixie Charlene Loy (Simons); his brother Terry Loy; and his father-in-law Rex Martin. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Renea Martin; his mother-in-law Ruby Martin of Leon; his brothers, Jerry, Gary and Barry Loy; and his brother-in-law Randy Martin.
