He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Chapman, Sr. and Velma Hubbard; and his brother Randy Chapman. He is survived by: his daughter Teresa J. Chapman (Savanagh Kramel) of St. Roberts, MO; his wife Sally Long; his son Don W. Chapman of Hinsdale, IL; and his brothers, Bill Chapman (Galynne) of DeSoto, Jerry Chapman of Adel, Ed Chapman (Joanne) of Norwalk and Wilbur Chapman of Bagley.
