He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kahl and Bonidel Willer (Nailor); his son Jeremy Willer; and his siblings, Peggy and Art.

He is survived by: his wife Lori Willer of Moville; his children, Lindy Schweitzberger (Chad) of Council Bluffs, IA and Chad Willer (Michelle) of Moville, IA; his grandchildren, Brady, Laney, Ean Schweitzberger, Rylen and Myles Willer; and his sister Kelly Willer (Angel) of Maryland.
