In the vast expanse of eternity, Mary Ellen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Mary Ellen farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph H. Bahmer and Martha Bahmer (Malone); her husband Rex; and her brothers, Robert "Bob" Bahmer and David Bahmer.
She is survived by: her stepson David Jahn (Joanne); and her stepgranddaughters, Jaci Jahn, Jessica Rustermier (Nick) and Jennifer (Rod Plum). She is also survived by step great-grandchildren; cousins; and many friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Arlington Township Cemetery (1427 E Main St, Moville, IA 51039). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Moville Community Center (815 Main St, Moville, IA 51039).
