He is survived by: his wife Chris; his children, Bryan of Brandon, IA, Michelle of Mount Vernon and Aaron (Ashley Reynolds) of Mount Vernon; his grandchildren, Emmy, Carson, Adaline and Alivia; his father Frank Osborn of Mount Vernon; his siblings, Rick Osborn (Cindy) of Lisbon, IA and Rhonda Mont (John) of Aurora, IL; his aunt Pat McQuillen of Moscow, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Matthew Kinley (Kathy) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Katey Kinley of St. Paul, MN. He is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
A memorial fund has been established in Randy's name and may be directed to his family.
