We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2022, at the age of 88, Jack Hoffman (Mount Vernon, Iowa), born in Davenport, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hoffman and Edith Hoffman (Hauser) of Moline; his wife Carita Zenor; his brother Alan; and his granddaughter Lena Jenison.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Legore (Tim) of Mount Vernon, Jack (Julie) of Oconomowoc and Susan Jenison (Leigh) of Sussex; and his brother David (Loretta) of Moline, Illinois.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
