She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Carmer and Beryl Carmer; her siblings, Delbert Carmer (Grace) and Audrey Gage (Lynn); and her stepsiblings, Richard Walter, Jerry Walter (Kathy), Marjorie Nickols, Darlene McGee and Catherine Sessler.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Osborn; her children, Randy Osborn (Chris), Rick Osborn (Cindy) and Rhonda Mont (John); her grandchildren, Cory, Angie, Bryan, Aaron, Michelle, Logan and Riley; and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Dakota, Mackenzie, Emmy, Carson, Adaline and Alivia.
