She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Boat and Mary "Norine" Boat (Ellison); her granddaughter Laurie; and her brother Donald. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Flockhart (Mike), Michael Hines (Jodie) and Laurie Touma (Mike); her grandchildren, Sean, Tyler, Tayler, Maddison, Grant, Blair and Reese; her great grandchildren, Kaiya, Nahlia, Nola and Adrina; her siblings, Walter, William, Richard, Joyce and John; and her husband Robert P. Collins. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
