He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Young and Sophia Young (Mutchow); his wife Edna Billman (Ohrt); his daughters, Amy Hemmer, Linda Hill and Ronda Malcom; and his pet Rascal.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Meyers (Donald) of Fort Myers, Debra Forest (Allen) of Cedar Rapids and Kenneth Billman of Cedar Rapids; and his son-in-law Howard Hemmer of Beloit Wisconsin. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
