He is survived by: his children, Christine Le of Cedar Rapids, IA, Jeremy Tangkhpanya of Huxley, IA and Jesse Tangkhpanya of San Francisco, CA.; and his grandchildren, Owen, Tessa, Tatum, Asher and Willow. He is also survived by several brothers, sisters.
