She was predeceased by: her parents, William Whitney and Verna Whitney (Koch); her husband Harold Jacobs; her son Dean Jacobs; and her siblings, Hazel Fuller and Leo Christner.
She is survived by: her children, Duane Jacobs (Kristi) of Sabula, Iowa, Diane Pocock (Terry) of Wessington Springs and Denise Jacobs of Kentucky; and her brother Frank Christner (June) of New London, Iowa.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established for the Fellowship Cup.
