It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lynn Cochran of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, born in West Chester, Iowa, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaun Wesley and Pearl Ida Cochran (Robertson); his wife Sondra (Nelson); and his siblings, Ellen French (Luther), Phyllis Roach (John), Avon Burgess (Don), Roger Wesley Cochran and Malcolm Lowell Cochran.
He is survived by: his sons, Ross Robertson of Mesa and Randy Cochran of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; his stepchildren, Tamara Kirgan of Maquoketa, Kathryn Christiansen of Tucson, Arizona and Allen Dolph (Karen) of Marietta, Georgia; and his sisters-in-law, Rosalie Martin Thompson (Cochran) of Fairfield and Barbara Cochran (Stotts) of Glenwood. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
Memorial funds have been established for American Heart Association and Henry County Health Center Foundation.
