She is survived by: her daughter Lucille Whaley (Parker); her husband Salem; and her children, Kelly Heitmeier (Larry) of Hillsboro, Holly Stevens (Andreah) of Des Moines and Teresa Stevens (Daniel Coffey) of Harrison.
Memorials may be directed to the Salem Old Settlers, Salem Fire and Rescue or to the Alzheimer's Association in her memory.
