He is survived by: his wife Lydia Gingerich; his children, Joseph L Telgren III and Jami Telgren; his grandson Aminn Dean Ellis Jr. of Mount Pleasant; his siblings, David Telgren (Chong Sue) of Nebraska and Kim Wiseman of Nebraska; and his sister-in-law Yoshiko Telgren of South Dakota.
