He is survived by: his wife Tammy Jo Quayle; his daughters, Megan and Erin; his foster mother Gloria Gladstone; his mother-in-law Jackie Quayle; his siblings, Merri Moore (Charlie), Jackie Brown (Mike), Jim Ireland (Mary), Darlene Burns, Carol Coskey, Sarah Sanders (Tony), Mary Graham (Greg) and Dorothy Replogle (Jim); his sister-in-law Janet Ragan; and his pet Peanut. He is also survived by numerous friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in his memory.
