With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Johnnie William Hillyer of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, born in Cuero, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 22, 2024 at the age of 70. He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Hillyer and Mary Hillyer (Millspaugh); and his siblings, James Hillyer and Jeannie Gee Hillyer. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Kendall; his children, Nathan Hillyer, Dena Hillyer and Brent Hillyer; and his brothers, Michael Millspaugh and Kenneth Hillyer (Hope). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
