He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Jennings of Marengo and Tami Kurtz of Fairfield; his grandchildren, Amanda Amzalag, Falon Gardner and Cairys Gardner; his great grandchildren, Elijah Amzalag and Isaiah Amzalag; his sister Jeri Powers (Frank) of Ft. Madison; and also Traci Gardner of St. Cloud, Florida.

A general memorial fund has been established.
