He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis and Lorrayne Moore (Rowland); and his siblings, Owen Moore, Terry Moore, Chuck Moore and Jane Blakely.
He is survived by: his wife Nell of Bloomfield; his children, Jacquelyn Moore of Johnstown, Jeanne Illian (Joel) of Burlington, Judee Zook (Rusty) of Highland Center and Jay Moore of Bloomfield; his grandchildren, Ashlyn Carrasco (Anthony), Haelee Zook, Emi Zook, Jaeger Illian, Izaiah Illian, Hannah Illian, Donner Illian, Madison Illian, Kalia Illian and Eison Illian; his brothers, Jim Moore (Joyce) of Illinois and Pat Moore (Kelly) of Pulaski; his siblings-in-law, Ginger Moore of Bloomfield and Charles Blakely of Richland; and his aunt Evelyn Steddom. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in his memory.
