She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Earl Kneeland and Virdie B. Marken Kneeland; and her husband Randall S. Vance of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa.. She is survived by: her children, Michael C. Vance (Bonnie) of Mt. Pleasant, Russell W. Vance (Kim) of Glendale and Karen J. Ratterman (Dale) of Epworth; her grandchildren, Thomas Vance (Morgan), Joseph Ratterman, Patrick Vance (Karen), Derek Vance, Elizabeth Ratterman and Danielle Gagnier (Eric); her stepgrandchildren, Marc Steinberg (Jessica) and Amy Early (Adam); her great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Kieran, Adrian, Asher and Sailor; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Marlow. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
