He was predeceased by: his father Francisco Quiñones. He is survived by: his mother Nivia Rodríguez; his wife Denisse Torres; his daughters, Damaris, Jennifer and Shirley; his grandchildren, Cristal, Matthew and Isabella; his sisters, Damaris and Olgui; and his sons-in-law, Brayan and Roberto.

A memorial fund has been established to assist the family with funeral expenses.
