She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Peter and Mary Una Schadt (Ridinger); her husband Ralph Wesly Gholson; her son Steven (Susan Gholson) of Mt. Pleasant; her granddaughters, Jennnifer (Forrest Primmer) and Amanda (Ryan Axman); her great grandchildren, Connor Axman, Logan Melvin, Alysa Axman and Langston Primmer; her stepgranddaughter Vicky Hess; her stepgreat-granddaughter McKenna McClaud; her daughter Judy Gholson; and her siblings, John, Joe, James, Walter Schadt, Kathryn White, Maxine Farr and Helen Messer.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kimzey Funeral Home (213 N Main St, Mt Pleasant, IA 52641). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenmound Church of God.
