Constance Lee Connie Cottingham Gartin Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2023, at the age of 90, Constance Lee Connie Cottingham Gartin of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, born in Chariton, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee George Cottingham and Frances Gwendolyn Coffman Cottingham; and her husband Donald Gartin. She is survived by: her son Timothy Lee Gartin (Tara Gartin) of Ames; her sister Gwen Cottingham (Dale Stirn) of Seattle; her son Marc (Mary Gartin) of Mt. Pleasant; her grandchildren, Nathan Gartin, Peter Gartin, Elizabeth Heron (Xavier) and Joshua Gartin; and her great grandchild Henry Heron.

A memorial has been established in honor of her commitment to nursing education at Iowa Wesleyan University.
