He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Tina Welcher Starnes (Shane) of Marshville, NC, Kylie Parrott (Daniel) of Weddington, NC, Morgan Lance (Rob) of New London, Lindsey Torgler (Cody) of Tiffin, IA and Joe Welcher (Catherine); and his children, Captain Brennan Welcher, Marine Corps (Emilee) of Jacksonville, NC, Serie Welcher of Fairbank, IA, Kaela Bass (Logan) of Mt. Pleasant and Tate (Linken Welcher). He was also cherished by many nieces and a nephew.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the New London VFW Post (802 E McKinley St, Jefferson, IA 50129).
