It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anna L Comstock of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, born in Yarmouth, Iowa, who passed away on August 3, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Willson and Mathilda Willson (Brookhiser); her husband Donald William Carlan Comstock; her son Marvin; and her siblings, Francis, Grover, Ralph, Jim, Bill, Lucille and Lois.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Strand (Kelvin) of Apex and Sara Short (Joe) of Mt. Pleasant; and her grandchildren, Aaron Comstock (Jennifer), Allison Cody (Josh), Aimee Short, Carlan Strand and Katie Howard (Matt). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Mt. Pleasant Open Bible Church.
