He is survived by: his wife Lisa Stephens; his son Jeffery Eugene Constant (Laura); his grandchildren, Blayne Russell, Iliya Daylin, Thayer Burl, Hayes Lincoln and Mavryk Gunner; his daughter Kimberly Sue Cotner (Dustin); his grandchildren, Bryson James and Zoe Breann; his sisters, Tamara Sue Inglish (John) and Tara Jan Young; his parents-in-law, Sue Stephens, Kenneth Stephens (Cindy), Kathy Poore, Genevieve Malone (David) and Donald "Dusty" Stephens, Jr. (Robyne); his nieces, Candance Martin (Rodney), Chandra King (Scott), Terry Constant Jr. (Connie), Connie Shelley (Loren Gaither) and Christine Silvey (Kenny Simpson); and his nephew Clint Larison (Angela). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
