She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hosea and Grace Eugene Snethen (Dant); her husband Calvin Clayton Adams; her daughter Beverly Garris; and her siblings, Mildred Vosler, Mary Gunter, Kathleen Pollock, Vera Liermann, Vesta Gibson, Ona Snethen, Rex Snethen and Joe Snethen.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Adams (Linda) of Perry, IA and Rick Adams (Madeline) of Osceola, IA; her son-in-law Gary Garris of Murray, IA; her grandchildren, Dana Baker (Tim) of Plattsburg, MO, Dawn Anderson (Bryan) of Lake Park, MN, Darin Adams (Hope) of Detroit Lakes, MN, Jodie Adams of Perry, IA, Robin Boerre (Dennis) of Adel, IA, Michelle Beem (Darrell) of Truro, IA, Troy Garris (Kristi) of Des Moines, IA, Adam Garris of Indianola, IA, Brooke Caldwell (Cody) of Osceola, IA and Walker Adams (Kimberly) of Osceola, IA; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Snethen of Mount Ayr, Sue Snethen of Green Bay, WI and Bonnie Whited of Maryville, MO. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many good friends.
