He is survived by: his great grandchild Jakob Lee Evans; his wife Muriel Johnson of Mount Ayr, IA; his daughters, Melanie McElvogue (Jim) of Kellogg, IA, Judi Fontana (Dominic) of Harrison, AR and Linda Ness, Jr. (Harold) of Des Moines, IA; his grandchildren, Jennifer Mitchell (Skip) of Thayer, IA, Elizabeth Evans (Reid) of Pella, IA, Heath Henning (Nelline) of Bellevue, WA, Jeremy Ray Henning (Leah), Michelle Milam (Christopher) of Des Moines, IA and Stephanie Cooper of Des Moines, IA; and his sisters-in-law, Janice Downey-Johnson of Camdenton, MO and Harla Jean Countryman of Surprise, AZ. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
