Laurance Bishop Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurance Bishop (Mount Ayr, Iowa), who passed away on January 6, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Eber and Olive Moffett Bishop; his parents-in-law, Barton and Bernice Turner; his siblings, James (Florence) and Marjorie (Norman Barry); his brother-in-law William Jefferson; and his grandson Ross Bishop.
He is survived by: his sister Elizabeth Patricia; his wife Margaret; his son Randy (Christine); his grandchildren, Shane (Kim), Maverick, Mekenze (Casey Cortum), Kendell, Jorey, Kegan (Jessica), Barrett and Skylar; his children, Larry, Brenna and Terry (Lori); his grandchildren, Tyler, Emily and Sarah Campbell; and his sister Elizabeth Jefferson of Colorado. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are established to the Mount Ayr Methodist Church and the Ringgold County Conservation Board.
