It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Larry Brown of Mount Ayr, Iowa, born in Decatur, Iowa, who passed away on August 22, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert LeRoy and Madge Brown (McCullough); his siblings, Roger Brown and Sharon Brown Cooper; and his sister-in-law Jayne Gross Rivera.

He is survived by: his wife Joen Gross; his sons, Dustin Brown (Kathy) and Trenton "T. J."; his grandchildren, Courtney Enderby, Tiffany Lucas and Natalie Greathouse; his great grandchildren, Makayla Maples (Johnathan), Makenzi Armitage, Clayton Herriot, Payton Lucas, Braiden Sigler and Mason Greathouse; his great great grandchildren, Knox Armitage and Sutton Jane Maples; his siblings-in-law, Peggy Brown, Jack Gross (Marlene) and Joe Rivera (Jennifer); and his nieces and nephews, Scott Cooper, Perry Brown, Roger Brown, Joey Rivera, Jason Gross, Ronda Hefly, Shari Atwood and Melanie Gross.

Memorials may be directed to the Ringgold County 4H or United Methodist Church in Mount Ayr.
