He is survived by: his daughters, Jan and Tammy; his wife Annette; his children, Adrianne Townsend, Janine Beason, Randy Townsend (Susan) and Trudy Clark; his grandchildren, Amanda Angus, Jeremy, Jerrod Mahaffey, Drew Fry, Raymond Townsend and Ryan Bohannan; and his brother Charles William Townsend (Retha). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
