He is survived by: his sons, Eric Summa of Mitchellville, IA and Ellis Summa (Donna) of Indianola, IA; his granddaughter Jenna Rae Summa of Chicago, Illinois; his brothers, Vern Summa (Evelyn) of Maryville, MO and Clyde Summa (Judy) of Council Bluffs, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Summa of Lawson, MO, John May (Carol) of Mount Ayr and Retha Dillenburg of Mount Ayr. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
