He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jerry, Gail, Gene, James and Grover; and his brothers-in-law, Ray Alcorn, J. L. Andrus and Jack Giley.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Mains of Eagleville, MO; his siblings, Glenna Alcorn of Milliken, CO, Judy Andrus of Republic, MO, Joyce Giley of Conway, IA, Jay Mains (April) of Sharpsburg, IA and Jan Davidson (Kelly McDaniel) of Afton, IA; and his sisters-in-law, Connie Mains of Sharpsburg, IA, Imogene Mains of Creston, IA and Mary Mains of Clearfield, IA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
