He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Edith Hickman (Liese); and his brother Lowell Hickman. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Hickman; his children, Cynde Hickman of Overland Park and Doug Hickman (Susan) of Mount Ayr, Iowa; his grandchildren, Caylie Hickman and Ryker Hickman; his siblings, Rodney Hickman of Manning, Iowa and Marjorie Millard of Lubbock, Texas; and his sister-in-law Janet Hickman of Mount Ayr, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
